Postal delivery

We use Royal Mail 1st Class delivery service for UK mainland and Ireland. All international deliveries are sent using Royal Mail Airmail service.

For the delivery of box copies within the UK mainland and Ireland, allow for 3 to 5 working days. For international postage allow for 5 to 10 working days. The cost for a box copy with postage and packaging included costs C$15.

Recoverable License

If you ever lose your license details or program, we will provide a new electronic copy free of charge.

Returns Policy
